Mahogany

The Mahogany mayfly hatch is mid-September through October. We typically fish a size 14 parachute on 5x tippet. This "big" mayfly is forgiving for anglers because of its size; you can see it, and it's bouncy; it doesn't sink on the mend. If you like casting mayflies at rising trout, this is the time to come.
