The hopper fishing is picking up in the Missoula area. The weekend rain bumped the rivers a decent amount but they have turned the corner and are on the way down. Hopper fishing will continue to get better as we go further into August. The Henneberry and the Sweetgrasss hoppers are a couple of my favorite patterns to use.
